How does our loyalty program work?

Part of our products that can be paid for through our website, with their purchase bring a certain number of so-called ZAFIR COINS. For a buyer to collect ZAFIR COINS, he needs to create a profile during online payment on our website, and every time he buys through our website, logged in with that profile, if the products he buys carry ZAFIR COINS, those coins will be collected to him his user account – profile. At any future purchase in the payment process, if the conditions for using his ZAFIR COINS are met, the paying party will be offered to use his coins for a discount on the price he has to pay.

At the moment by purchasing a product that is included in the loyalty program, for every 1 denar spent you get 1 ZAFIR COIN. When you decide to use your ZAFIR COINS for a discount, then for every 100 ZAFIR COINS you get a 5 denar discount. So if you spend 1000 days in our e-shop, you get 1000 ZAPHIR COINS, which brings you a 50 MKD discount on your next purchase. The maximum discount you can use on a product is 50% of its price. ZAFIR COINS are valid for 6 months from their receipt. When calculating the discount, our program always rounds to 1 denar less, when it is a decimal number.

What is important to know about our loyalty program?

1. ZAFIR COINS are earned by purchasing certain products or all products depending on our promotion at the time of purchase.
2. ZAFIR COINS are valid for 6 months from the day of receipt and are then lost.
3. ZAFIR COINS allows different discounts on different products depending on our promotion.
4. The value of ZAFIR COINS relative to the price of the product is variable and depends on current promotions.
5. You can avail up to 50% discount on some products by using ZAFIR COINS, depending on the promotion.
6. Zafir reserves the right to change the rules of the loyalty program without notifying its customers.
